Everyone grieves in their own unique way. There is no “right” way to grieve.

You may be surprised by your own and others’ reactions. People around you may make light of your loss and encourage you to “move on”.

We invite you to come and see us, to work through any emotional heaviness you carry from your miscarriage – even if your loss occurred many years ago.
